Cobblestone wants every customer to be able to use this site, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on magnification. If any part of the site gets in your way, we want to hear about it.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. That is a target, not a claim of full conformance. Parts of the site meet it today and parts are still being improved.
Work completed so far includes text and background color combinations checked for contrast, headings structured in order so screen readers can navigate the page, descriptive link text instead of “click here,” and phone numbers marked up so they can be tapped or dialed directly.
Some parts of this site come from outside services and we do not control how they are built. These include the embedded Google Map on our contact and service area pages, and the customer review display, which is supplied by a third-party review platform. If either of those blocks you from finding what you need, call us and we will give you the same information directly.
If you run into a barrier on this site, contact us and describe what happened and which page you were on. We will work with you to get you the information you need, and we will use what you tell us to fix the underlying problem.
